Our client, a nationally renowned plaintiff's asbestos litigation law firm seeks a junior to mid level associate attorney for their asbestos litigation department out of Philly.

Ideal candidate has prior plaintiff's asbestos litigation experience but will consider those with prior Personal Injury or Mass Tort (plaintiff's preferred on both) litigation experience.

Candidates should have strong research and writing skills, case management, drafting of complaints, litigation documents. Experience propounding discovery, court room motion practice, deposition taking and defending as well.

Firm specializes in asbestos mesothelioma and Asbestos talc litigation.
