Qualifications

• 3–5 years of legal experience in Mass Tort.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and court requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex case assignments and litigation-related responsibilities, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met.
• Draft, review, and prepare complaints, motions, discovery documents, and other litigation materials.
• Prepare and file pleadings in state and federal courts with accuracy and compliance.
• Take ownership of assigned cases and projects from execution through completion.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and internal partners and document case communications.
• Review work for quality and compliance with firm standards and identify issues.
• Lead or support special projects to improve workflows and team processes.
