Job summary

KCAS Bio is seeking a Senior Report Coordinator to support the Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis team in Kansas City. Lead preparation, review, and finalization of complex study reports, coordinate timelines, and mentor junior coordinators to ensure data integrity and compliance.

You will work closely with scientists, ensure consistency across deliverables, and help improve reporting templates and processes in a regulated CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in scientific reporting and data presentation.
• Experience independently preparing, reviewing, finalizing complex reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation, review, assembly, and finalization of complex scientific reports for Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis studies.
• Prepare report sections and import, format, review, and validate scientific data tables and other study information.
• Review reports for technical accuracy, data consistency, formatting, and regulatory compliance.
