KCAS Bio is seeking a Senior Report Coordinator to support the Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis team in Kansas City. Lead preparation, review, and finalization of complex study reports, coordinate timelines, and mentor junior coordinators to ensure data integrity and compliance.
You will work closely with scientists, ensure consistency across deliverables, and help improve reporting templates and processes in a regulated CRO environment.
Performing critical work that impacts our industry and our world's health while problem solving and innovating in the field - that is what we get to do every day at KCAS Bio. If that gets you excited too, then maybe working at KCAS Bio is for you.
When you work as a Senior Report Coordinator supporting the Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis team at KCAS, you get to further our mission by independently coordinating the preparation, review, and finalization of scientific data and reports generated from bioanalytical studies. As a senior member of the team, you will work directly with scientists and study teams to manage complex reporting activities, ensure the accuracy and consistency of study deliverables, resolve reporting issues, and provide guidance to less experienced Report Coordinators.
You will work alongside our scientific teams to help transform complex study data and scientific information into accurate, consistent, and high-quality study reports.
Our Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis team uses LCMS (Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry) techniques to conduct bioanalytical testing in support of drug discovery, preclinical, and clinical studies, including the quantification of drugs, metabolites, biomarkers, and other target analytes in biological matrices.
(Please note this is a representative summary of responsibilities, not a comprehensive or exclusive list of the duties to be performed in any position. Employees must follow instructions and perform additional duties as requested.)
You will thrive at KCAS Bio if you enjoy a relational environment, are purpose- and values-driven, embrace constant development and supportive leadership, and enjoy being part of innovative work.
