DiBara Masonry, a fourth-generation family-owned business in Glendale, CA, is seeking a Senior Masonry Foreman & Lead Installer to guide a skilled crew on high-profile commercial and residential projects. You will collaborate with architects and engineers, supervise safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive on-site execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

5+ years masonry construction experience preferred.
Expertise in laying brick, block, and natural stone with precise layout, spacing, and elevation accuracy.
Ability to perform essential physical functions and operate heavy machinery.
Attention to detail with proactive problem-solving.
Excellent oral and written communication to manage crews and interact with engineers/architects.
Valid state driver license.

Responsibilities

Precision installation of brick, block, and stone according to plans and drawings.
Lead and develop crew; allocate daily project responsibilities.
Supervise and train workers, apprentices, and tradespeople in trade techniques and safety.
Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment meet project milestones.
Guarantee safety and quality standards on site in line with OSHA requirements.
Oversee equipment operation, maintenance and safe use on site.
Monitor project expenditures to keep work within budget.
Resolve field conflicts and site problems proactively.
Provide progress updates to project managers and clients.
