Job summary

BBSI in Indio, CA seeks a Mason Foreman with hands-on concrete, block, or masonry experience to lead field operations on high-impact projects in Southern California.

You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain quality while communicating with clients and project managers about schedules and milestones. 5+ years foreman-level experience; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years foreman-level experience in concrete masonry construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site execution of concrete or masonry construction projects
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers
• Enforce safety and quality control on site
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on schedule and milestones
• Ensure plans, specs, and schedules are followed
• Troubleshoot field issues and adjust plans as needed
• Drive efficiency while maintaining craftsmanship and structural integrity
