Job summary

Daniels Construction Co. is seeking an expert-level Mason Foreman to lead day-to-day masonry, restoration, repair, and related specialty work.

The role requires advanced knowledge of masonry materials, methods, and systems, serving as a technical resource for the crew. Under supervision of the Superintendent, you will guide the crew, coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, scaffolding, sequencing, safety, quality, and production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a recognized masonry/bricklaying apprenticeship or equivalent.
• 7+ years of masonry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day masonry, restoration, and related work.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, scaffolding, safety, and quality.
• Provide technical direction and training to masons and apprentices.
• Plan upcoming work, sequencing, and resource needs to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
