First Choice Construction Inc. is seeking a Masonry Foreman to lead field crews in delivering high-quality commercial masonry on schedule and within budget.

You will supervise masons, laborers, and subcontractors, interpret drawings, and maintain safety and quality across projects in Baltimore, MD. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong masonry skills, blueprint proficiency, and effective communication with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum required leadership experience in supervisory masonry roles.
• Expertise in reading blueprints, specs, and shop drawings.
• Strong masonry craftsmanship and accuracy in layout, joints, plumb, and level.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate multiple crews.
• Proficiency with daily reporting tools (Raken) on a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise masons, laborers, apprentices, and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks based on priorities, capabilities, and schedules.
• Train and mentor crew members and monitor performance.
• Conduct daily safety and work-planning briefings.
• Interpret drawings, perform layouts, and coordinate material deliveries.
• Ensure quality control and punch-list resolution with inspectors.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and site safety programs.
