Job summary

JES Foundation Repair, a Groundworks Company, is seeking a skilled Masonry Foreman to lead our masonry-focused crews in delivering foundation repair and structural restoration services. This role requires hands-on leadership, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.

As Foreman, you will supervise tuck pointing, lintel repair, brick/block work, and other masonry tasks, coordinate daily crew activities, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with customers.

Qualifications

• Masonry experience required (tuck pointing, lintels, brick/block repair, mortar finishing).
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Basic construction knowledge (foundation repair or structural reinforcement).
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Willingness to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a masonry crew for foundation repair work.
• Execute and oversee tuck pointing, mortar joint repair, brick/block replacement, lintel installation, and light masonry repairs.
• Assess site conditions and create a work plan for crew assignments, materials, and tools.
• Integrate masonry repairs into larger foundation solutions.
• Supervise crew members, provide training and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate with customers, educating them about masonry and repair processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep jobs on time and within budget.
• Complete accurate job documentation and handoff to appropriate parties.
• Drive the company-provided vehicle to and from job sites daily.
