Qualifications

• 8 years of experience minimum in building design consulting or construction industry.
• Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license with ability to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in daily operations of survey activities.
• Perform complex survey duties associated with construction stakeouts.
• Research historic maps and land records.
• Maintain and verify accuracy of project survey data.
• Supervise CAD Techs in preparing plans.

Advanced knowledge of land surveying operations
