Job summary

Stitch is a CRM consultancy helping brands optimize marketing through Braze and Databricks. We seek a Senior Marketing Strategist who can lead data-driven CRM roadmaps, orchestrate omnichannel journeys, and translate complex data into strategic blueprints for enterprise clients.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape end-to-end martech strategies, and guide clients toward privacy-first, scalable architectures that drive personalized experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data-driven marketing strategy or CRM consulting.
• Experience presenting roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Client-facing agency/consultancy background required.
• Eligible to work in the United States, Canada or United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Solution Consultants on discovery and assessment of clients’ martech environments and identify capability gaps.
• Develop multi-year martech roadmaps aligned to business goals and customer experience priorities.
• Prepare martech adoption and activation roadmaps for clients.
• Produce impact valuations and ROI modeling for strategic recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end journey mapping from discovery to future-state maps.
• Design and govern marketing analytics architectures connecting campaign metrics to outcomes.
• Synthesize data signals from Braze, SFMC, AEP, and other platforms into actionable recommendations.
• Present executive-ready business cases for martech investments.
• Travel up to 20% for client engagements.
