Job summary

Twin Health is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer - MarTech to strengthen shared marketing and communication platforms. You will enable acquisition, enrollment, and customer engagement with Braze, Hightouch, and CDP tooling, while collaborating with Marketing, Enrollment, Product, and Data to deliver reliable platform capabilities.

You will also contribute programming for landing pages, automation, and integrations, growing the team’s scope across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in MarTech engineering or platform integrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience building multi-step customer journeys in journey orchestration platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, SFMC).
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data models and data synchronization.
• Full-stack development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs; programming in Python/Java/JS/TS.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration, day-to-day support, and improvement of Braze, Hightouch, and related platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, Acquisition, Product, and Data to translate needs into tech requirements.
• Manage intake scope, effort, urgency, and delivery timelines; escalate priorities when needed.
• Standardize Braze Canvas architecture, templates, and release checks.
• Maintain integrations across Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce, and mail vendors.
• Implement platform personalization with Liquid templates, triggers, and send-time optimization.
• Monitor reliability, data integrity, and dashboards; inform capacity planning and alerts.
• Troubleshoot issues with Braze, Hightouch, and vendors; resolve root causes.
• Develop landing pages, APIs, webhooks, and automation; extend integrations to Twilio, Zoom, FCM, AWS SNS.
• Apply testing, secure access, consent handling, and data protection practices.
