Job summary

Gradial is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer in Maryland to expand its enterprise MarTech integrations practice. The role involves designing and developing integrations between multiple marketing platforms and customer data tools. A successful candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong API knowledge, and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This position offers a salary range of $150,000 – $185,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, specifically with external system integrations.
• Strong experience with APIs and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience delivering MarTech implementations for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain integrations across various marketing platforms.
• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers.
• Own the full integration lifecycle, including API evaluation and data mapping.
