Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years hands-on Java development.
• Experience with architecture and design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Marketing Technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of software systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development.
• Prototype technologies like ML using production data.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers.
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks to ensure delivery.
• Support timely, budget-conscious releases.
