Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Lead MarTech & AI Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end architecture for marketing data flows, from intake to conversion, embedding AI and automation throughout the journey.

You will design a centralized marketing hub covering budgeting, planning, campaign execution, and ROI-driven planning cycles, with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in MarTech with ownership of enterprise-scale system architecture
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing capabilities
• Experience architecting HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-house systems at scale

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered marketing capabilities including generative AI and predictive scoring
• Own integration architecture across marketing systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa)
• Architect centralized marketing hub spanning budget planning, campaign execution, and ROI feedback loops
• Provide technical governance and lead architecture reviews across teams
• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Marketing Analytics, Sales Ops and other technical teams to align systems with business needs
