Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - MarTech to apply AI across Marketing and Sales, building LLM-based agents and ML solutions. You will transform event invitations, lead quality, site search, and partner experiences into reliable production systems.

Collaborate with Marketing IT to deploy AI responsibly, train teams, and integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and Marketo while ensuring governance, security, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/DS or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years software/data engineering, including 2+ years shipping LLM/ML to production.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Strong Python and SQL; TypeScript/JavaScript or Java; building RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• AI & Applied ML Use Case Discovery with Marketing teams and success metrics.
• Agent Development: Build and deploy LLM-based agents for event invitations and prospecting.
• Lead & Contact Quality: Build ML/LLM pipelines to clean, deduplicate, enrich, and score leads.
• Search & Retrieval: Modernize site search and partner locator with semantic retrieval.
• Analytics: AI-assisted analysis to improve partner ROI reporting and analytics.
• Evaluation & Guardrails: Define metrics, monitor latency, and ensure privacy and audit logging.
• Build vs. Buy: Evaluate tools and platforms and recommend direction.
• Training & Enablement: Mentor engineers and stakeholders on AI tools and responsible use.
• Integration: Connect AI solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo via APIs.
• DevOps & Operations: Monitoring, alerting, and incident response for AI services.
• Collaboration: Work with AEP and platform engineers on data access and releases.
