We’re seeking a Marketplace Lead to support our largest and most strategic client relationships, combining analytical horsepower, business judgment, client leadership, and strong execution.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability and comfort with ambiguous problems.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/BI is a plus.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketplace agenda and performance for key client accounts.
• Diagnose drivers behind sales, traffic, conversion, profitability, and inventory.
• Translate client objectives into marketplace strategies, forecasts, and business cases.
• Lead planning for product launches and major events; coordinate cross‑functional teams.
