Acxiom is seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage. You will manage complex projects, ensure seamless integrations, and drive digital initiatives that support growth.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record with Marketo Measure, data migration, and advanced marketing strategies, plus leadership in data governance and system performance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in marketing automation with Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Strong experience with Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops, and data governance.
• Proven track record in large-scale Marketo implementations and complex integrations.
• Experience in lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and email best practices.
• Expertise with Marketo Measure (Bizible), CRM integration, channel mapping and attribution.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and implementation of complex marketing automation in Marketo Engage.
• Oversee integration of Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops for seamless operations.
• Manage technical Marketo aspects including database optimization and scalability.
• Architect Marketo integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, analytics, CMS).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop data-driven campaigns and growth.
• Provide leadership in data governance and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze marketing data to improve campaign performance and decision making.
• Audit Marketo systems and promote best practices in automation.
• Create training programs for Marketo users and mentor juniors.
• Stay current with MarTech trends and drive automation innovation.
