Pragmatic Institute is seeking a Senior Marketing Web Developer to own the marketing web platform. You will lead technical decisions, write code, and connect website work to business priorities on a fully remote team.

You will work with WordPress Multisite, Elementor, and integrations with HubSpot, ecommerce, and analytics to drive lead generation and growth. This role emphasizes performance, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional web development experience, including substantial WordPress production.
• Experience owning a marketing/ecommerce site as lead developer and making technical decisions.
• Hands-on WordPress theme/plugin development; not solely configuration.
• Strong knowledge of web performance, accessibility, security, SEO, version control, testing, and release practices.
• Experience owning Google Tag Manager and implementing analytics, conversions, and cross-system tracking.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical direction of the marketing web platform and be the primary web developer on the marketing team.
• Build and extend WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and data-driven features; balance custom code with efficient tools.
• Manage integrations among WordPress, HubSpot, ecommerce, analytics, and related systems.
• Monitor page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall platform health; ensure measurement governance and data quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, content/SEO, performance media, and analytics teams to deliver campaigns and web improvements.
