Job summary

Avalara, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer IV to join the Marketing Technology team.

You will own key systems supporting digital analytics, tag management, privacy consent, and platform integrations, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and governance across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe IO, and OneTrust. You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, privacy, and business systems teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve data quality, and drive trusted decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Experience as a systems/marketing tech engineer supporting enterprise platforms.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Launch, IO and OneTrust.
Experience configuring digital tracking, tag management, consent workflows, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

Manage and improve Avalara’s marketing technology systems across analytics, tag management, consent workflows, and platform integrations.
Configure tracking, troubleshoot data and integration issues, and document changes for trusted data.
Improve AI code integrations within the Adobe tech stack and enable launch properties and analytics with agent workflows.
