Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Marketing Systems Architect to design and optimize our Marketing Operations data architecture across Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, and other Martech tools. This remote role supports US-CA and international regions, driving scalable data governance and lifecycle performance.

You will own data integrations, segmentation, and lead routing at scale, collaborating with Data Engineering to remediate gaps and ensure streamlined operations across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, or related technical field.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce, Marketo, and enterprise MarTech platforms.
• Experience with marketing data architecture, system integrations, APIs, SQL, and troubleshooting complex data flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Marketing Operations data architecture across Salesforce, Marketo, Snowflake, Hightouch, Clay, and broader MarTech ecosystem.
• Own the Marketo-to-Snowflake data sync: audit field mappings, identify gaps, and collaborate with Data Engineering to remediate.
• Redesign segmentation architecture for consistent, maintainable, and scalable audience definitions across regions.
• Improve lead routing, audience activation, and operational workflows to strengthen lifecycle performance and data governance.
• Lead MarTech stack health and rationalization: assess utilization, flag consolidations, and deliver renewal-readiness recommendations.
