The Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager at ROLLER will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the marketing organization. This person will partner closely with marketing and revenue leadership to design and implement the systems, data structures, and processes that power data‑driven decision‑making and scalable growth. You’ll own and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensure seamless lead management and attribution, and build clear, actionable reporting frameworks that drive alignment across marketing, sales, and finance. Beyond analytics and process, you’ll help manage team workflows, calendars, and quarterly business reviews—identifying opportunities to streamline and innovate, including leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and insight.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define operational priorities that align with broader GTM and business goals.
  • Work with the Business Systems Team to manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, documenting processes and system flows to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Implement, optimize, and maintain lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, routing, and multi‑touch campaign attribution.
  • Work closely with Sales & Revenue Operations to align on full funnel reporting and pipeline contribution in order to help identify business risks and investment opportunities.
  • Build standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor, measure, and analyze marketing performance down to a channel level to deliver actionable insights to head of marketing and marketing leads to help us meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Work with finance to reconcile and track against marketing budget and forecasting.
  • Help manage the full marketing team calendar and the status of key projects.
  • Assist with marketing QBRs and SLT level reporting and presentations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to help the team move faster without sacrificing accuracy or quality, including implementing AI into existing flows across our stack as well as building out new processes from scratch.
About You
  • You’re a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of marketing, systems, and analytics — passionate about building scalable processes that enable smarter, faster decision‑making.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, Texas, with flexibility for hybrid work.
  • You have deep experience in marketing operations or revenue operations, ideally within a high‑growth SaaS environment.
  • You’re skilled in partnering with marketing, sales, and revenue leadership to align operational priorities with broader GTM and business goals.
  • You have hands‑on experience managing and optimizing marketing tech stacks, and are comfortable mapping and documenting complex system flows for consistency and scalability.
  • You’re proficient in lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, routing, and multi-touch attribution.
  • You’re data‑driven, with proven experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate metrics into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • You’re comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally — particularly with Finance to manage budgets and forecasts, and Revenue Operations to ensure full‑funnel visibility.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy keeping teams aligned through calendars, project tracking, and QBR preparation.
  • You’re a natural optimizer — continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and leverage AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • You’re detail‑oriented but also pragmatic, able to balance precision with agility in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Perks!
  • You get to work on a category‑leading product that customers love in a fun, high‑growth industry—check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • 20 days of paid time off (PTO), 10 sick days, and local paid Bank Holidays.
  • Free medical insurance for the employee.
