You will guide teams on best practices, leverage data for decision-making, and manage resources to advance retention and engagement objectives. Flexibility in scheduling is supported by the university’s initiative.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in higher education, learning center or student success programming.
• Experience managing content across multiple platforms (web, email, social media).
• Experience with CRM and university proprietary systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with campus partners to align marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Guide internal staff on branding standards and communication policies.
• Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities.
• Develop marketing strategies and messages to promote Student Success.
• Create annual strategic marketing plans for Student Success units.
• Oversee content and materials across digital and print formats, ensuring on-brand messaging.
