Frost in San Antonio is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist - Affinity Debit Cards to turn ideas into impactful campaigns. You’ll collaborate with in-house teams and agency partners to design and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition and deepen relationships.

You will work cross-functionally to understand business objectives, conduct market research, and deliver innovative marketing solutions while upholding Frost’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably at a bank or financial institution.
• Ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive business performance and customer experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

As a Senior Marketing Specialist - Affinity Debit Cards , you are our visionary, bringing countless campaigns to life one idea at a time. In this role, you will play an integral part of the day-to-day marketing responsibilities to ensure we are accomplishing our goals.
