Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our San Antonio team. You will collaborate with in-house staff and agency partners to design and deliver omni-channel marketing campaigns, while supporting Frostbank.com initiatives and maintaining a backlog of upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital marketing, HTML email experience, and strong written/verbal communication. A bachelor’s in marketing or related field is preferred, with a business-focused,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent digital marketing experience.
• 2+ years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns.
• Experience with website content management and digital marketing.
• HTML coding experience for emails preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Support Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives.
• Build, test, and report on marketing emails following email marketing best practices.
• Collect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist with analysis of Frost’s digital activity (web, mobile, digital media) including behavior, traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns.
