About the Role

The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in providing high-level marketing support, implementing business plans, and coordinating marketing programs for a group of commercial real estate brokers. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to execute administrative and marketing functions that support revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with brokers and marketing leaders to streamline processes and improve marketing execution.

Responsibilities

1. Draft and organize correspondence for the marketing team and sales professionals, including preparing and delivering marketing materials.
2. Design and create customized, professional-quality marketing materials such as maps, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and demographic reports using advanced graphic and mapping software.
3. Draft press releases and news briefs for South Florida brokerage teams, focusing on transactions, new listings, and hires.
4. Develop localized content and campaigns to improve audience engagement and support business growth.
5. Perform CRM data entry and maintenance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
5. Strong editing and proofreading skills with a focus on business writing and articulating client value.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to shift priorities and interface with top-level executives.
