About the Senior Marketing Specialist Role

Ready to help us spread the word about a product people will love? We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to connect with our global community of smart, hardworking, and let’s be honest, pretty cool people just trying to get paid. You’ll help shape and launch marketing campaigns across channels, team up with designers and country leads, and bring big ideas to life through bold content and creative experimentation. If you’re not afraid to get scrappy, try weird things, and make some noise, we want you on our team.

This is a fully remote role that can be done from anywhere in the US.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging marketing content—email campaigns, digital ads, blog posts, ebooks, and more—both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Write and organize compelling copy for landing pages and marketing site updates.
  • Collaborate with contributors to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.

Brand & Messaging Consistency

  • Maintain and evolve our content guidelines to ensure a consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.
  • Support localization efforts to adapt content for global audiences.

Product Marketing

  • Own content development for new product and feature launches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and audience to communicate value clearly and effectively.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others relevant to our audience.
  • Oversee and grow our Slack community—monitor engagement, respond to comments, and implement initiatives to boost member participation.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with precision, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.

Marketing Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and maintain marketing SOPs, documentation, and process manuals.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and work with the team to identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with SEO/SEM agencies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working in both content creation and strategy
  • 2+ years of experience in Fintech, crypto, or relevant field
  • Self-starter, independent worker, intrinsically motivated
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Slides etc).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle tight deadlines, find creative solutions and be able to shift priorities on short notice.
  • Strong sense of visual communication, ability to use design templates.
  • Experience with Adobe products, figma or Canva
  • Experience working in an early stage start-up environment
