Join to apply for the Senior Marketing Specialist role at Sodexo.

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support multiple Corporate Service accounts in the Food and Facilities Management segment. This position is remote with expected travel to Youngstown, OH.

The marketing specialist will be part of the Corporate Services Marketing team and responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products and services, build brand awareness, and drive sales. This role will support channels such as Sodexo Technical Services/Roth, Facilities Management, Energy & Resources, and the Sodexo Dynamix brands.

Responsibilities include graphic design support, event management, social media planning and execution, market trend analysis, creation of marketing and training materials, tradeshow planning, website management, content creation, budget management, and collaboration.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with managers, clients, District Manager, and Vice President to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Coordinate and oversee all marketing activities across the enterprise through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies and manage the website.
  • Create and design marketing materials aligned with branding for each client and account.
