  • Partner with internal experts to translate technical expertise into client friendly narratives.
  • Collaborate with regional and product specialists, as well as the branding & communications team, to ensure national thought leadership is informed by, and aligned with, local client needs and trends.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or industry certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of six or more years of experience in marketing, financial services, asset management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to independently lead complex, multi stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Highly organized and detail driven, with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast moving, matrixed environment.
  • Expertise using project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, task boards, workflows, and collaborative dashboards to track progress, manage workstreams, and ensure alignment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and content development capabilities, with experience transforming technical concepts into client ready materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience coordinating across legal/compliance, sales, and product teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, email marketing platforms, Adobe tools, and content management systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross functional collaboration.
