Job Title: Professional - Sr. Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of demand generation initiatives across email marketing, content development, campaign management, and compliance review processes.

During the initial phase of the engagement, this role will focus heavily on campaign execution, content creation, email nurture development, and compliance coordination to ensure the successful delivery of advisor-facing marketing programs.

As the role evolves, the individual will have the opportunity to contribute more strategically by supporting campaign performance reporting, analyzing marketing data, identifying optimization opportunities, and helping drive AI adoption across the marketing team.

This position is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys both execution and continuous improvement, has strong attention to detail, and is excited about leveraging AI to enhance marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and personalization at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Campaign Execution

• Support the planning, creation, and execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
• Develop and deploy email nurture campaigns that support lead generation and advisor engagement goals.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and launch activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support demand generation initiatives, pilot programs, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Assist with audience segmentation and campaign targeting efforts.
• Monitor campaign execution to ensure consistency with brand standards and business objectives.

Content Development

• Create and adapt marketing assets, including:
• Social media posts
• Carousel posts
• Infographics
• Short-form videos and video reels
• Checklists
• Guides
• E-books
• Lead magnets
• Landing page content
• Email communications
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement.
• Support content customization and personalization initiatives for advisor audiences.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Apply best practices for demand generation, lead capture, and audience engagement.

Compliance Review & Approval Management

• Prepare and submit marketing materials for compliance review and approval.
• Coordinate revisions resulting from compliance feedback.
• Maintain records and documentation related to marketing approvals.
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines.
• Manage timelines and communications throughout the review process to support timely campaign execution.

AI Content Enablement

• Utilize AI tools to improve content development efficiency and campaign execution.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for content creation, personalization, and campaign support.
• Build and maintain a centralized prompt library that can be leveraged across the marketing team.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through AI-assisted processes.
• Document repeatable AI-enabled workflows and best practices.
• Serve as an advocate for responsible AI adoption and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

Campaign Measurement & Optimization

• Tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Monitoring lead generation results and conversion trends.
• Supporting reporting on marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Analyzing performance across email campaigns, lead magnets, content initiatives, and demand generation programs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Providing recommendations based on data and campaign insights.
• Supporting the development of reporting and dashboards for leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations.
• Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and lead generation initiatives.
• Experience creating marketing content across multiple formats, including social media posts, infographics, guides, e-books, checklists, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, WriterAI, or similar tools to support content creation, research, or workflow efficiency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualiifcations

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation, content marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• Experience building and optimizing email nurture programs and customer journeys.
• Experience working with financial services marketing platforms such as AdvisorStream, FMG, Snappy Kraken or similar technologies.
• Experience utilizing lead tracking processes.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Salesforce reporting.
• Experience creating campaign performance reports and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of lead generation, audience segmentation, campaign testing, and conversion optimization best practices.
• Experience developing prompt libraries, AI workflows, or AI-assisted marketing processes.
• Experience supporting marketing efforts within regulated industries that require formal approval and compliance review processes.
• Experience leveraging campaign performance data to recommend business improvements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.10 - $34.48/hr.
