• Role Summary The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Email and App marketing teams by coordinating campaigns, schedules, and deliverables. This role focuses on communication, accuracy, and organization to ensure marketing initiatives run smoothly and on time, with all deliverables circulated to the respective teams for proofing, editing, and approval. Core Responsibilities Manage multiple email and app marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Maintain and coordinate campaign calendars and schedules, ensuring campaign details and timelines are accurate and up to date. Circulate campaign deliverables for proofing, editing, and approval by the respective teams; track feedback and follow up on pending items. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities, flag issues, and keep deliverables on schedule. Work within marketing and workflow tools, including Litmus, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other platforms, to support campaign coordination, quality assurance, and execution. Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and marketing materials. Assist with report generation and presentation preparation. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Email and App marketing teams. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.69 - $42.69/hr.
