Snap Inc. is seeking a Principal Marketing Scientist in Santa Monica to define measurement strategy for Snap’s third-party ecosystem and guide cross-functional teams across Marketing Science, Sales, Product, and Partnerships.

You will influence roadmaps without direct authority, advise senior executives, and drive external thought leadership through white papers, talks, and industry committees, while leveraging AI to scale data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of applied statistics and measurement methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executives at senior levels.
• Advanced degree with extensive analytics/measurement experience in tech/ads or related field.

Responsabilités

• Set and influence the measurement strategy for Snap’s third-party ecosystem, aligning with business priorities and industry standards.
• Lead meta-analyses, performance benchmarking, and playbook development to scale learnings across markets and advertisers.
• Advise senior executives at measurement partners and agencies to strengthen Snap’s reputation across MMM, attribution, and ads measurement.
• Drive external thought leadership through white papers, conference talks, and industry committees.
