What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation of surveys using Qualtrics, from building and deploying to analyzing results
- Maintain and update existing surveys, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in market research
- Communicate survey results and insights to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Develop data connections between Qualtrics and external platforms for reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience developing surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong communication skills with business and technical leaders
- Knowledge of market research best practices and regulatory requirements
- Proven desire to deepen knowledge of Qualtrics and market research trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other survey/form tools such as Microsoft Forms and Medallia
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and working in matrix organizations
- Background in the healthcare/health insurance or pharmacy industry
