Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals and articulate the organization’s value proposition.
• Coordinate pursuit elements such as strategy, messaging, content, formatting, and proofreading.
• Support branding and growth strategies; manage client workshops and events.
• Maintain and update qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes.
• Assist with marketing process improvements and sales program effectiveness.
• Provide interview coaching and strategic messaging training.
