Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to provide advanced marketing support across proposals, presentations, and materials. You will coordinate pursuits, craft compelling messaging, and manage information systems to promote efficiency and growth.

Work closely with sales leaders, CSMS, and senior technical staff to execute growth strategies, respond to client needs, and support industry events.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
• Proven ability to conduct competitor research and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in proposal development and strategic messaging.
• Skilled in maintaining sales funnel management and data management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively convey strategic messaging.
• Strong proficiency in using marketing information systems.
• Proficiency in the planning and execution of conference engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leaders and pursuit teams to advance proposals and coordinate strategy, messaging, content, formatting, proofreading, graphics coordination, and brand adherence.
• Assist CSMs by responding to client requests, organizing information packages, and coordinating client workshops and events.
• Collaborate with marketers and senior technical staff to implement growth strategies and support regional conferences for visibility and investment.
• Facilitate client service team and pursuit-related meetings with external partners.
• Maintain organized qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes reflecting firm strengths.
• Contribute to training on best practices and to marketing process improvements for efficiency.
• Support strategic messaging and competitive analysis to strengthen market position.
• Maintain marketing information systems and ensure accurate data for sales funnel and strategy.
• Plan industry conferences and events to increase exposure and networking opportunities.
• Lead the development of persuasive proposals articulating Brown and Caldwell's value proposition.
• Provide interview coaching to ensure strong client messaging.
