Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from planning through implementation and act as primary project contact.
• Provide operational and project support, ensuring scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and requirements are met.
• Manage resources and finances, including hours vs budgets.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and minutes; track action items.
• Support proposal development and timely delivery.
• Support Growth team to achieve department goals and growth strategies.
• Track growth pipeline strategies and produce monthly progress reports for the Chief Growth Officer.
• Build cross-department relationships to support leadership and business objectives.
• Identify issues and help resolve; propose solutions.
• Train and assist lower-level employees.
• Support policies, workflows, audits.
• Contribute to departmental goals and annual business plan; other duties as assigned.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SENIOR MARKETING PROJECT COORDINATOR IN HOUSTON, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Senior Marketing Project Coordinator in Houston, TX. This role provides project coordination, operational support, reporting, and business planning assistance while helping drive complex initiatives from planning through implementation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across multiple departments.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $23.46-$29.32/hour
• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Houston, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initial planning through implementation while serving as the primary project advocate and point of communication
• Provide operational and project support, ensuring project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and requirements are clearly understood and met
• Manage project resources and finances, including monitoring and reporting hours against budgets when applicable
• Lead working group meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes, while tracking and following up on action items
• Support proposal development, including project execution plans, estimates, compilation, and timely delivery
• Support the Growth team in achieving departmental goals and provide tactical assistance to implement growth strategies
• Track strategies within the growth business pipeline and develop monthly reports to communicate progress to the Chief Growth Officer
• Build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships to support leadership and business objectives
• Proactively identify, escalation, and help resolve pressing business issues while identifying potential solutions
• Train and assist lower-level employees as needed
• Support policies, procedures, workflows, and internal and external audits
• Contribute to departmental goals, process improvement initiatives, and the annual business plan, along with other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of coordination experience required; 4+ years preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
• Ability to proactively identify challenges and communicate potential solutions to leadership
• Ability to provide training and support to lower-level employees
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and company policies
