Job summary

Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing Program Management to join our Marketing Advisory practice. This full-time role blends program management, marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and an AI-forward mindset to turn strategy into action.

You’ll work directly with clients on complex marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional workstreams, deliver polished recommendations, and explore how AI can improve campaigns, processes, and performance.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience across marketing program management, integrated marketing, marketing operations, marketing strategy, project management, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and how programs move from strategy through execution.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong project management, prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create clear, client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Drive Marketing Programs from planning through execution, launch, and measurement.
• Coordinate across marketing, creative, product, analytics, media, technology, localization, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop polished presentations, recommendations, program updates, and other executive-ready deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and ways of working.
