Sia is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid, full-time role partners with enterprise tech clients to translate leadership priorities into scalable operating models and dashboards, champion AI adoption, and drive efficiency across marketing initiatives.

You will lead multi-workstream programs, guide associates, and ensure rigorous delivery while collaborating with marketing, analytics, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in AI and able to translate AI insights into workflows.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear, structured output.
• Highly organized with ability to manage overlapping priorities.
• Analytical and systems-minded with a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Fluent in building tables, slide decks, dashboards, and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into integrated operating plans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Own complex, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop scopes, timelines, resourcing models, and delivery plans for new work.
• Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and delivery across marketing initiatives.
• Design, implement, and evolve scalable operating models, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, templates, and documentation to support decision‑making.
• Own performance tracking across initiatives, including OKRs, KPIs, and marketing metrics.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Lead AI adoption across strategy, operations, and decision-making; embed AI insights into workflows.
• Drive measurable improvements through AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, analytics, and delivery teams.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Associate Managers and project contributors.
• Set clear expectations and ensure high-quality execution across workstreams.
