Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Sr. Production Manager - Marketing to lead the Creative Services team, ensuring high-quality production of marketing materials across analog and digital mediums.

You will enforce processes, optimize efficiency, and collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to achieve executional goals. You will report to the VP of Creative Services and build a high-performing team of Production Artists, overseeing timelines and deliverables while navigating regulatory

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing production processes.
• 10–15+ years in Production Management with CPG and/or large-scale retail experience.
• Expertise in managing external agency and vendor resources.
• Strong skills in organization and collaboration.
• Understanding of Legal/Regulatory process for a controlled category.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain a team of high-performing Production Artists
• Develop close relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
• Own, define and ensure critical processes are followed
• Ensure creative projects are delivered efficiently from inception to execution, including managing timelines, allocating resources and coordinating execution between vendors and their team
• Partner with agency leadership to set a standard of excellence that meets our business objectives
• Manage a team of production artists and ensure they understand creative/legal/regulatory processes.
