William Blair in Chicago seeks a Senior Marketing Presentations Analyst to own the end-to-end production of institutional-quality collateral across equity and fixed income. You will translate strategy and performance data into clear, compliant client materials while coordinating with Investments, Product, Sales, and Compliance.

This role requires detail-orientation, strong PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines, with opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in marketing presentations or investment communications.
• Experience supporting both equity and fixed income assets.
• Advanced PowerPoint and data/tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of client-facing collateral across equity and fixed income strategies.
• Translate strategy positioning, performance data, and market commentary into clear, compliant presentation materials.
• Maintain recurring materials on a monthly/quarterly cycle with data accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to meet SEC/FINRA and GIPS standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, Consultant Relations, Marketing, and Product Managers to tailor materials for client segments.
