Job summary

William Blair seeks a Senior Marketing Presentations Analyst to lead the production of institutional marketing materials for equity and fixed income platforms. You will partner with Investments, Product, Sales, and Compliance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA/CAIA certification is a plus but not required.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing presentations, product marketing, or investment communications at an asset management firm.
• Experience supporting both equity and fixed income asset classes preferred.
• Experience navigating a compliance review process for regulated financial marketing materials.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint; Excel and data/analytics tools experience preferred.
• Graphic design skills with proficiency in design software.
• Excellent written and visual communication; ability to distill complex investment concepts into client narratives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of marketing presentations, pitchbooks, fact sheets, and client-facing collateral across equity and fixed income strategies.
• Collaborate with Investment Teams, Portfolio Specialists, and Product Managers to translate strategy positioning and data into clear, compliant materials.
• Maintain recurring materials on a monthly/quarterly production cycle with data accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to ensure materials meet regulatory requirements before distribution.
• Work with RFP and Data teams to ensure messaging is current and consistent across materials.
• Mentor junior analysts supporting the presentations function.
