This role sits within the Global Brand & Marketing Customer Experience, Performance and Operations department and is an essential member supporting program governance and performance as we move to marketing automationleveraginga customer data platform. This individual will report within our Marketing Operations, Channels and Analytics team, and collaborate with key stakeholders on the product team, Sales, digital design, and Marketing Channels owners to ensure that the growth and engagement marketing efforts are designed and implemented to drive key business OKRs.

With prior experience working within Adobe Analytics, global CRM software and multi-channel marketing media, the Sr. Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible forclosely partnering with Product Owners and Test and Activation Lead to size potential test value on new and existing experiments, recommend hypothesis parameters, enable test measurement, and evaluate results to drive optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role serves as a lead in projects that require subject matter expertise related to risk and analytics and the derivatives ecosystem.
  • Test derivatives pricing models for interest rate and currency products in various risk and analytics projects.
  • Development and support of enterprise level stress testing for partners within finance, risk management, portfolio management and trading. Serve as subject matter expert in risk analytics domain and systems.
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge and participate in projects relating to evolving deliverables and global regulatory initiatives which impact the company. Contribute to expanding capabilities to support growing business needs and associated with new derivatives products.
  • Development and on-going support for structured derivatives that are not supported by the system of record.
  • Contribute to day-to-day operations, investigate and resolve daily pricing and reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams which include representatives from ALM, Finance, Front Office, Middle Office, IT, Treasury and Risk Management.
  • This individual will partner closely with the Product Owners, Marketing Ops Channel Owners, Sales, Digital Designers, Technology, Engagement, Growth and Activation partners as the Data Lead for their assigned Line of Business.
  • End to end responsibility for Data related tasks in marketing execution. Including but not limited to:
    • Provide Strategic Data Leadership
      • Influence business partners to adopt best practices for measurement. What should be measured, how is it best measured, and what value will this measurement create for the business?
      • Uncover and validate meaningful data from around the organization, and integrate it into reporting and insights
      • Drive a cross-team culture of data-driven decision making
    • Audience Definition: Discover, define and create target audiences
      • Partner with Customer Insights to define meaningful and testable audiences.
      • Establish the data needs for proper segmentation within our MarTech Universe
      • Partner with Marketing Data Engineering to create connections between key business data and our Marketing Data Environment.
    • Key understanding of the data implications of working with modern marketing technology, such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce,Marketo, 6Sense, PathFactory,PowerBI
    • Provide clear paths for data connection to business outcomes and objectives
      • Manage overall agile POD performance against OKRs and track against forecasted performance
      • Learning Agenda, Test Design and Measurement
      • Recommend and prioritize strategic testing opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer journeys



    • Campaign Reporting, Analysis and Insight Generation
    • Create and manage reporting and data visualization (PowerBI or similar tool experience)
    • Synthesize and share key performance metrics with stakeholders during Sprint Reviews


    Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

    Required:

    • 5-8 years of professional experience in a digital, product or finance role
    • Works well within a team and ability tonavigate matrixed organizations.
    • 3+ years of experience in analyzing innovative, multi-channel campaigns to generate insights that drive future test and learn strategy; has a strong understanding of paid digital media, SEO, web, email, social platforms and how theyimpactdata models for sales and service
    • 3+ years’ professional experience with CRM, such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics
    • 3+ years of data visualization experience for creation of dashboards
    • Adept data presentation skills using dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Proventrack recordof improving customer journeys and acquisition funnels in other organizations
    • Deep understanding of analytics, marketing metrics, statistics, and financial metrics
    • Simplify complex data into easy-to-understand information and communicate findings across various levels of an organization
    • Being a driver of data-driven decision making
    • Hard working, multi-tasker who enjoys taking ownership of projects
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) with ability to take a consultative approach when working cross-functionally
    • Excellent project management skills and commitment to deadlines, processes, and policies


    Preferred:
  • Experience with Azure data lake and big data platforms
    • Experience with database tools (MySQL, SQL Server)
    • Experience withStatistical tools (such as R, SAS, Python) and techniquese.g.segmentation, regression modeling and customer lifetime value
  • Demonstrable knowledge of analytics platforms and business intelligence tools
  • Prior experience with Alteryx, or similar data automation platform.
  • Attitudinal and Social Media measurement tools (Medallia, Sprinklr, etc.)
  • Web analytics and testing tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics Adobe Target, Google Analytics)
  • Ad server experience (Google Ad Manager, OpenX)
