Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Services and Operations in Chicago to strengthen how Trade Marketing plans, buys, produces, and executes with vendors across a complex environment.

The role manages vendor relationships, POS buys, and process/workflow design, with a focus on visibility, speed, and execution quality. Cross-functional collaboration and strong program management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations, trade or cross-functional roles.
• Experience managing print, POS, promo, or fulfillment partners.
• Designing and implementing cross-functional processes, workflows, and operating standards.
• Strong project and program management with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, judgment, and influencing skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Ariba, Salesforce, SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor management for print, POS, and promotional partners.
• Define and manage vendor SLAs for production timing, quality, and escalation.
• Own end-to-end POS buy timeline and cross-team coordination.
• Design and maintain operating workflows linking marketing functions.
• Governance across systems like Ariba, Salesforce, Footmarks, ePOS; drive adoption.
