Google Operations Center is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing organization with deep expertise in email marketing and paid media operations. You will oversee vertical pods and enablement teams, partnering with US and APAC teams to drive global objectives and timely goals.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership of pod leads to deliver multi-channel campaigns and strong CX across programs.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in marketing or a related field.
• 18+ years in marketing operations and digital marketing.
• 8+ years in email marketing and paid media campaigns.
• 8+ years of people management, including managers.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale multi-channel programs.
• Senior-level stakeholder management experience.
• Experience driving operational excellence and process transformation.
• Strong understanding of online advertising ecosystems and pricing models.

Aufgaben

• Direct reporting to the US Sales and Marketing Associate Director.
• Collaborate with APAC teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Lead cross-site projects to improve productivity and CX.
• Coach and develop pod leads; cover for absences as needed.
• Provide strategic direction across channel strategy and revenue goals.
• Manage executive stakeholders and project execution timelines.
• Oversee annual roadmaps, OKRs, and performance reviews.
• Govern toolstacks governance across marketing platforms.
• Lead market research and translate data into actionable insights.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance across campaigns.
