Job summary

Western Digital Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to act as the operational backbone of the Corporate Marketing organization, owning the budget, driving semi-annual planning, and delivering rigorous data analytics.

You will partner with Finance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and elevate the marketing function with structured processes and systems. You are expected to operate with executive-level judgment, build missing systems, and influence senior leadership across

Qualifications

7–10+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related role.
Strong analytical fluency to interpret data and KPI definitions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
Proven track record owning budgets and forecasting.
Experience designing and running a planning process.

Responsibilities

Own the Corporate Marketing budget end-to-end: tracking, forecasting, variance analysis.
Partner with Finance on budget planning and quarterly reviews.
Build visibility into spend by function and campaign.
Flag risk early and establish spend governance across vendors.
Own semi-annual planning end-to-end with cross-functional inputs.
Drive marketing analytics cadence and executive storytelling.
Develop campaign measurement standards and system readiness.
Serve as Chief of Staff to the Corporate Marketing leader.
