Cella is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of omnichannel campaigns for a globally recognized pharmaceutical leader. Hybrid work in Mettawa, IL offers a long-term contract through Oct 2027, with a $35.00–$44.14/hour W2 compensation and full-time hours.

The role partners across cross-functional teams to streamline project lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver impactful business results across web, email, and mobile channels.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of dedicated digital project management experience within an ad agency or corporate marketing ecosystem.
• Technical proficiency with content management systems (such as AEM), HTML development constraints, UI/UX principles, and digital analytics metrics.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-channel creative initiatives from kickoff through deployment while managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree with exceptional collaborative, analytical, and written communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end digital campaign lifecycles to optimize delivery timelines across websites, email marketing, banner ads, and custom field applications.
• Author and refine key project documentation, such as functional requirements and asset specifications, to maintain seamless regulatory and brand submission processes.
• Orchestrate internal cross-functional resources and facilitate consultative partner meetings to keep key stakeholders fully aligned on deliverables and strategic milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and daily time-tracking metrics to ensure full financial compliance and high-efficiency project execution.
