We seek a visionary Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to design and scale our new marketing automation platform operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to build scalable, AI-powered marketing operations from the ground up.

This role involves designing the end-to-end MAP operating model, including processes, RACI frameworks, and operational measurement systems. Key responsibilities include ensuring robust campaign governance, capacity planning, and marketing lead pipeline forecasting. You will manage and measure the health of the marketing database and MAP channel operations, working closely with teams across the business such as Growth Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product Engineering to align priorities and deliver business impact.

As a leader, you will be instrumental in designing systems, driving operational excellence, and impacting the customer journey. Responsibilities

  4. Analyze data to extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
  5. Identify opportunities for solutions beyond immediate responsibilities.
  6. Track deliverables and timelines, oversee governance, and manage program issues.
  7. Influence senior stakeholders, support executive communications, and collaborate across teams.
  8. Develop metrics, targets, and measurement plans; contribute to operational reporting and monitoring.
  9. Research and gather information on complex scenarios, communicate with product teams, and inform business justifications.
