We're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager join our ever-evolving Sales Operations team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

Where you'll own it

Denver, Colorado. This role will be a hybrid with our office located in the Denver Tech Center.

What you'll own

The focus:

  • Market expansion, efficiency, audience building and digital targeting
  • Ability to capture sales activity more consistently: sequence reply rate, meeting rate and call connects from sequences and technology plays
  • Technical adoption, partnership w corporate marketing team for campaigns and technology
  • Obtain an up-to-date centralized view of all Platforms Partners in Hubspot to enable a true VAS funnel, digital activation, and ensure we are able target with appropriate partner messaging.
  • Ability to hold communications based on partner status and offer relevancy to have Platforms Partner accessible in list form for relevancy in Campaign sends by list build ease & accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase capacity and ability to execute more frequent programs for new business (entering new markets, vertical campaigns, competitor takeout campaigns, etc)
  • Increase referral and PE initiatives
  • Digitize / automate partner marketing initiatives
  • Acquiring and building target account lists, leveraging Clay and other data providers to execute more sales led or ABx campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics across audiences to surface insights that will contribute to better, faster prospect journey.
  • Maintain a centralized view of all Platforms customers to enable a true VAS funnel, digital activation.
  • Manage routing requirements by campaign, channel and audience.
  • Managing web forms and Hubspot workflows
  • Deploy a multi-touch attribution model backed by technology to better understand and respond to the desired prospect journey.
  • Owns data cleanliness and accuracy.

What you bring

  • Experience within SaaS industry, ideally payments
  • 5-7 Years enterprise Marketing Ops experience for enterprise level companies
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with Microsoft products: Marketo, Hubspot, SFDC

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $110,330.00 - $185,350.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.This position is eligible for bonus.
