Rare Necessity Digital Agency is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to optimize and scale our marketing operations. This role is perfect for a data-driven leader who excels in process management, marketing automation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and performance in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of digital marketing systems and workflows to support both internal teams and client success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Optimize Marketing Workflows: Develop and implement scalable marketing processes that improve team efficiency and campaign execution.
  2. Lead Marketing Automation & CRM Strategies: Oversee marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and data management to streamline marketing efforts and enhance personalization.
  3. Performance & Insights: Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
  4. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to maximize impact.
  5. Tech & Tools Management: Maintain and improve the agency's marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless connectivity and utilization of platforms.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement automation solutions, and continuously refine marketing operations for maximum efficiency.
  7. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects ensuring timelines, client deliverables, and budgets are met.
  8. Manage project scope and objectives, anticipating and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  9. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration of marketing strategies.
  10. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  11. Maintain effective communication within the team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
  12. Develop team members through mentorship, training, and performance reviews.

Requirements/Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  3. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects to successful completion.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  7. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  8. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  9. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
