Responsibilities

• Lead promotional materials inventory management and reapproval of expiring materials.
• Coordinate label updates and PRC approvals with vendors.
• Oversee budget and accrual tracking with Finance.
• Collaborate with Legal and Procurement on contracts and approvals.
• Lead congress planning and materials for gMG events.
• Mentor Alexion employees on contracting and approvals.
• Drive speaker bureau operations with HCP Engagement team.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to organize information, monitor inventories, and generate reports.
